Thank you for your interest in our school. Please read the following information on how to apply and make special note of the deadline dates. We look forward to seeing you at the Parent Informational Meeting on Monday, February 4th at 6 p.m. in Hayden Auditorium.
From this web page you have the option to apply online. If you are in need of a paper application, they are available in the Metcalf Main Office weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m . The online application offers the ease of submitting the application and submitting payment from our web site. Please keep in mind that each child must submit a separate application. Also note that the application and payment must be received no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. IF YOU DO NOT, YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT RECORDED IN OUR SYSTEM!

This option will allow you to download and read the Application Information, complete the online application, print out the Applicant Appraisal form (which you will give to your child's teacher), and submit payment (either online or send a check to the office with the Payment Form). The online application will close at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019.
Please note: If you apply online, but do not pay online, your payment must be received in the Metcalf office no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019.
If unable to complete the application online, there are paper copies available in Metcalf's Main Office weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The application along with payment must be returned to the Metcalf office prior to 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019. The paper application packet will include the following items.
IF YOU SUBMIT A PAPER APPLICATION, YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE INPUT BY METCALF STAFF. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED TO US. IF YOU DO NOT, IT HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION YOU MUST CHECK WITH US BEFORE THE END OF THE APPLICATION PERIOD TO BE CERTAIN THAT IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Please note that regardless of which application you fill out, the Applicant Appraisal Form must be completed and given to your child's current teacher. The teacher will complete the form and return it directly to Metcalf School.
