Technology Requests and Reservations:
In order to assist all teachers with student tech usage accountability, before reserving any digital technology resources, teachers need to complete a Class Roster Technology Assignment Sheet.
CORE TEACHERS:
Please complete a roster for your ‘homeroom’ students.
NON-CORE TEACHERS:
Only complete a roster if you have students from different homerooms in the same class at the same time. Complete a roster for each mixed homeroom course (update lists each quarter, if applicable).
Roster Use:
Homeroom lists will be available with all reservable technologies.
If a student must use a device other than the number assigned to them, please make use of the Roster Clipboard attached to the cart.
A sample Class Roster Technology Assignment Sheet can be downloaded here. You are welcome to use your own format, but please note, your roster MUST include student names and a number 1-27, and rosters will be photocopied and included, as-is, in the Roster Binders.
