Online Application

The online application offers the ease of submitting the application right here on our website. Please keep in mind that you must complete a separate application for each child. The online application will close at 4 p.m. on March 1, 2026.

You will receive an email confirmation after submitting an application. If you do not, your application is not recorded in our system! (This email occasionally gets filtered as Spam. Check your junk folder if you do not receive this confirmation email.)

Paper Application

If unable to complete the application online, there are paper copies available outside the Metcalf Main Office during the application period. The application must be returned to the Metcalf office prior to 4 p.m. on March 1, 2026.

If you submit a paper application, your information will be hand entered by Metcalf staff. You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided to us. If you do not receive an email confirmation you must check with us before the end of the application period to be certain that it has been received.
