Improving Student Achievement Through Parent Involvement
A strong part of what makes your student's time at Thomas Metcalf School unique is the strong community of parental involvement. It is only through your tireless efforts that we’re able to offer the vast array of activities and opportunities available to your student.
Joining the Metcalf Parent-Teacher Organization allows you to stay in tune with all of the different ways you can find to get involved, ranging from becoming a Room Parent to participating on committees. On the left hand side of the page, you will find further information and resources on how to stay informed and become involved.

All forms should be turned in to the Main Office at Thomas Metcalf or emailed to mvheld@ilstu.edu. Once these items are collected and your background check has cleared, you may begin your volunteer work.
