Online Application

The online application offers the ease of submitting the application on our web site. Below, you will find the links that allow you to download and read the Application Information, complete the online application, and print out the Applicant Appraisal form (which you will give to your child's teacher). Please keep in mind that each child must submit a separate application. The online application will close at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

• Apply Online (Please DO NOT fill out in ALL CAPS and use caution that Auto-Fill does not fill incorrect information.)
• Applicant Appraisal Form (to be completed and returned to Metcalf by your child's current teacher or child care provider.) Due March 20, 2023 for each application submitted.

You will receive an email confirmation after submitting an application. If you do not, your application is not recorded in our system! (This email occasionally gets filtered as Spam. Check your junk folder if you do not receive this confirmation email.)

Paper Application

If unable to complete the application online, there are paper copies available outside Metcalf's Main Office weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The application must be returned to the Metcalf office prior to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

The paper application packet will include the following items:

• Application Information
• Application
• Applicant Appraisal Form (to be completed and returned to Metcalf by your child's current teacher)

If you submit a paper application, your information will be input by Metcalf staff. You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided to us. If you do not, it has not been recorded. If you do not receive an email confirmation you must check with us before the end of the application period to be certain that it has been received.

Please note that regardless of which application you fill out, the Applicant Appraisal Form must be completed and given to your child's current teacher or child care provider. The teacher will complete the form and return it directly to Metcalf School.
